Please review the following basic rules that govern your use of the SGN site. Please note that your use of the SGN site, (collectively, the "Site") constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms of Use. Although you may "bookmark" a particular portion of this Site and thereby bypass these Terms of Use, your use of this Site still binds you to these Terms of Use. SGN reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice to you. For this reason, we recommend that you review these Terms of Use whenever you use this Site By entering this site or obtaining membership status of any level with Serve Global Network you agree to our Terms & Conditions of use.

1.0 Unless otherwise agreed in writing with SGN Your agreement with SGN will always include, at a minimum, the Terms and Conditions set out in this document.
1.1 By becoming a member of SGN you agree to accept these Terms and Conditions. SGN is constantly innovating in order to provide the best possible experience for its members. You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the Services which SGN Provides may change from time to time without prior notice to you.

Use of the Services by you
2.0 This site or any of the services and facilities provided in this site cannot be used for any commercial gain from any non member of The SGN. You agree by entering this site you accept our terms and conditions of use.
2.1 In order to access certain Services, you may be required to provide information about yourself (such as identification or contact details) as part of the registration process for the Service, or as part of your continued use of the Services. You agree that any registration information you give to SGN will always be accurate, correct and up to date.
2.2 You agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services
2.3 You agree that you are solely responsible for any products, services, discounts, rewards or incentives that you have advertised and resulted in a sale by you to any consumer. (and that SGN has no responsibility to you or to any third party) for any breach of your obligations under the Terms and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which SGN may suffer) of any such breach.
2.4 You understand that all information (such as data files, written text, computer software, music, audio files or other sounds, photographs, videos or other images) which you may have access to as part of, or through your use of, the Services are the sole responsibility of the person from which such content originated. All such information is referred to as the “Content”.
2.5 You agree that you are solely responsible for (and SGN has no responsibility to you or to any third party for) any Content that you create, transmit or display while using the Services and for the consequences of your actions (including any loss or damage which SGN may suffer) by doing so.
2.6 You retain copyright and any other rights you already hold in Content which you submit, post or display on or through, the Services. By submitting, posting or displaying the content you give SGN a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute any Content which you submit, post or display on or through, the Services. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling SGN to display, distribute and promote the Services and may be revoked for certain Services as defined in the Additional Terms of those Services.
2.7 You agree that this license includes a right for SGN to make such Content available to other companies, organizations or individuals with whom SGN have relationships for the provision of syndicated services, and to use such Content in connection with the provision of those services.
2.8 You understand that The SGN, in performing the required technical steps to provide the Services to our users, may (a) transmit or distribute your Content over various public networks and in various media; and (b) make such changes to your Content as are necessary to conform and adapt that Content to the technical requirements of connecting networks, devices, services or media. You agree that this license shall permit SGN to take these actions.
2.9 You confirm and warrant to SGN that you have all the rights, power and authority necessary to grant the above.

Refund policy
3.0 SGN has a no refund policy. If for any reason you or your business cease to trade or operate you will receive no discount, credit or any other form of compensation from SGN for the remaining duration and amount of the membership.
3.1 Unless otherwise instructed by you in writing, all services will continue and be displayed on your behalf.
3.2 You understand SGN provides no guarantees of sale or profit resulting from or in any shape or form by using any of the services provided and that it is your sole responsibility to utilize the services provided by SGN as shown to you and through the Members Welcome Pack to receive the best possible result. It is your responsibility if you are not sure or want to know how to better utilize services to approach SGN to get support.

Use of your email address
4.0 You agree to give SGN the right to add your email address to SGN database to use solely to distribute our services and information and any related business or associate information of SGN that SGN does not consider spam.
4.1 By signing the application form or by ticking any box required within an online application of this site and by viewing any pages in this site as our terms of use you agree to all the above terms & conditions.
4.2 Attendees of SGN including all special events, networking breakfasts and any event or gathering of business owners and members of SGN or organized by SGN agree to these Terms and Conditions by attending these events.
4.3 You agree a maximum of two (2) people from your organization can attend any SGN event including all special events, networking breakfasts and any event or gathering of business owners and members of SGN or organized event / meeting by SGN at any one time unless given written notice and approval by The SGN.
Membership enrollment
5.0 You agree that each business or person must purchase a membership for each business owner within that or each organization. This includes franchise and licensed owners of any organization. Each franchise or licensee from any organization must purchase a membership individually to use the services offered by SGN unless given written notice of approval from The SGN
5.1 Multi level Marketing companies or individuals. Any multi level marketing company or organization or individual representing any multi level marketing company or organization must adhere to our strict guidelines of use of our service and agree to our multi level marketing membership policy to use any of SGN services. A copy of our multi level marketing membership can be obtained on request by contacting SGN via our contact page.
5.2 We reserve the right to refuse membership to any business, individual or organization we feel does not meet our qualifying policies or does not operate in the spirit of our SGN culture.

Payment terms
6.0 Billing: The credit card or bank details that you provide upon registering, as a user will be automatically and immediately billed. All currency references are in AUS dollars. Please note, payments for the Service is billed annually and monthly and is non-refundable.
6.1 Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription to The SGN, you will no longer have access to any content or services.
6.2 Cancellation: Should you elect to discontinue your membership with The SGN, written notice is required to cease payments. Payments will be ceased 30-days after written notice has been received.
6.3 Your membership may be terminated for any reason, without limitation, if you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms and Conditions. Any contracts, verbal or written or assumed, will be terminated as well. Paid accounts that are terminated will not be refunded.
6.4 If your credit card is invalid for any reason, your membership may be cancelled and all the information contained within deleted permanently. We accept no liability for information that is deleted due to an invalid credit card.

Fair Trading Policy
As a registered member of SGN you agree to our fair trading policy as in section 7.0 to 7.2 of this agreement.
7.0 You agree to the best of your ability to provide the highest quality standard of work to any new customers you gain or receive by using the service of SGN marketing and advertising features and resources.
7.1 You agree to allow SGN or any representative of SGN full access to all information required to resolve any dispute that may arise from any consumer or customer using your service through the use of our services.
7.2 SGN has the right to revoke any membership that we feel is not acting in the spirit of The SGN. You will not receive any compensation or refund of membership to any remaining component of your membership.

Privacy Policy
8.1 Membership to SGN is by application only. Upon submitting your application your contact details and any information gathered about you and your business will remain protected by The SGN. We will not divulge or pass on any information without your priori consent.
8.2 The only exception to this is SGN will connect you with partners, businesses or individuals who can benefit your business in accordance with the guiding principles and values of The SGN.
8.3 Any changes required to this by an individual organization can be addressed by requests in writing to info@servegloablnetwork.com

Delivery Policy
9.1 SGN will deliver all services as outlined in your application. These are further outlined in the New Member Welcome Pack.
9.2 The New Member Welcome Pack will be sent to you electronically and in hard copy for you to understand and be in a position to make the most of your membership.
